This Master Service Agreement shall constitute a binding contractual agreement between Bitwik, Inc. and the subscriber of services (“Client”). The Master Service Agreement shall include the Terms of Service (TOS), the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and the Privacy Policy Agreement (PPA). Client agrees to be bound to all agreements found herein.
